“We contacted Windows Unlimited after reading through online reviews for window/door contractors surrounding the Redwood City area. We were looking for 2 separate price quotes for windows, one for the three floor-to-ceiling window panes in the front of our home, and the other for the rest of the house.

Out of the 4 contractors who came to give us a quote, Jim was the ONLY contractor who: agreed to meet with us after work in the evening, brought sample glass and frame materials, explained that none of our bedroom windows were up to fire-code, and shared how we could qualify for the new tax credit when choosing our windows. Jim was extremely friendly, patient with our questions, and helpful. Based on our quotes, Windows Unlimited was the clear frontrunner. Their prices were not the cheapest, but were fair and quite affordable. Jim made great suggestions, like driving around our neighborhood to look at different window styles - to get an idea of what we'd like the finished product to look like. Jim's installer was very experienced and thorough. Jim, his son, and their team were on time, respectful of our home, and Jim was always readily available via cell phone. Our bills were sent via email and in the mail to reach us most efficiently. At the end of the job, Jim came by to do a final inspection and walk-through with us, prior to our last bill being due.

We ended up having all the windows in our house replaced and could not be happier with the result. We highly recommend Jim and his team at Windows Unlimited!”
